  • Our team takes our COVID-19 precautions very seriously. Every member of our team arrives on a property with gloves and a mask. In addition, we bring sanitation wipes that we use before we leave property to ensure we do our part to reduce the spread of germs.

  • Our turnaround varies as its dependent on the project/property size. Though we will provide a more accurate turnaround with your project’s quote, below are some sample turnaround times, for your reference:

    500 sq. ft. – 1200 sq. ft.: 3 days
    1200 sq. ft. – 2500 sq. ft.: 5 days
    3000+ sq. ft.: 7 days

    If your project requires an expedited turnaround time, we support same-day or next-day turnarounds for an additional fee.

  • We are available to take field measurements 7 days a week to ensure we can work within our client’s schedules.

  • We do! CAD drawings are included in our service package, equipping you with a layout PDF and all of the CAD drawings we create for your project. Note: the CAD file format is Autocad Dwg.

  • For optimal efficiency, we schedule our field visits between 8 am and 6 pm, 7 days a week. It’s best to avoid late visits as adequate lighting enables us to work most productively.

  • The amount of time we spend on a property is dependent on the property size, so our team could take anywhere from 1 – 6 hours on a field visit. We may also, in rare instances, need to return to a property a second time to verify measurements (as needed).

  • Though we always confirm the scope of a project with our client before we begin, our scope includes:

    • Floor plans and site plans
    • Elevations, if required for a project
    • Measurements and drawings of:
    o Walls, doors, windows, kitchen space (as needed), and bathroom/restroom areas
    • Ceiling height reflections, with door and window sizes provided
    • Measurements for built-ins

  • We are not surveyors. Specific projects do require a certified surveyor, in which case, we would equip you with some of our trusted contacts to partner with.

  • To create the drawings for your projects, we use both Autocad and Revit.

  • We are fully insured, covered up to $2,000,000 with professional liability insurance (which includes Errors & Omissions).
