Working stages

If you already have a plan or As-built drawings done by us, we can update them following your design guidelines to prepare complete working set of drawings (Site plan, floor plan, elevations, cross sections and mechanical plans)

We work with Architects, Interior Designer and Contractors providing them with hands on service from As-built, renderings to construction documents so they can focus on other aspects of their business.

Stage 1 project details & proposal

We work with any documents that will give as the best understanding of the scope of work: old copies, by hand sketches, blueprints or CAD as built files. Based on this information we will prepare the quote with timelines.

Stage 2 drafting

Once approved we start working on the project, updating you at every step and making corrections if necessary.

Stage 3 Drafting & Quality Check

We work with you to achieve best possible results implementing your ideas and vision.

Stage 4 project delivery & support

We will email or file share pdf and dwg files. We are always happy to help you with updates to your project far into the future.
