NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) FOR VCD CLIENT

To secure sensitive data of our clients, we offer to sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with VCD. In order to sign a NDA with us, you need to apply to your project manager. What are the benefits of signing a NDA with VCD and what does it guarantee?

VCD respects your professional artwork as well as other intellectual property shared with us and will only use it to assist you with your goals. Your copyrights will remain yours.

We will not take your artwork and other intellectual property for use on any other site, resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance.

VCD guarantees that all information that you share with us, including artwork and other intellectual property, contact information, and client notes, will remain confidential.

We never contact your clients. We respect business code of ethic.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, VCD may disclose any such information in response to a valid order of a court or other government body or as required by law, but only that portion of the Confidential Information which is legally required to be disclosed, or such information as may be required to resolve any dispute between you and VCD.

STANDARD IMAGE RIGHTS

We reserve the right to use the project imagery for our marketing and advertising purposes. These materials we can use to include to, but are not limited to, social media posts and advertisements, printed and online catalogs, price-lists, booklets, blog articles, our portfolio, posts on any other platforms. This applies to project results only. We do not disclose any files or documents sent by our client.

CHILDRENS ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

We comply with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
